I don't know about the rest of you, but isn't the operative word in Summer Vacation - VACATION?
Doesn't the definition of vacation include the words rest and relaxation?
Mom recruited Elena to help dig out a dead tree and the next thing I know, Grady comes up with the boneheaded big brother idea that we need to be helping.
I think I should be the one to haul it to the compost pile,
Grady thinks cause he's older he should.
I guess there's only one way to solve this dilemma....... WRESTLE TO THE END.
Looks like the little brother won this round so I'm off to the compost pile!
I sure hope Mom gets tired of doing all this work.
I think I need to ask Dad to have a serious chat with her and bring the dictionary.

awwwww--i agree~! you should be relaxing and resting--especially your pawrents. they deserve it for working so hard throughout the whoooole year.
i am really loving the blankie your mummy made me--it's the best~! it is a little warm for summertime, but it's ok--i still LOVE it~!!!! it will be just perfect for winter though. :D
